Yes, but unfortunately sometimes traffic, break-downs, accidents, weather, etc. play an integral role in us being there at the promised time.
We will do everything possible to get as close as we can to the time you have requested.
No, if you leave the items to be picked up at the curb or driveway with specifc instructions in advance, You don't have to be present.
When we arrive and inspect the load, we will call you at the phone number specified and offer you the actual final price. Once you approve, you can go online to our website, pay the amount in full, then we will proceed to haul away the items.
Our prices are pretty much straight forward. We charge by the load (and weight).
We have a 16 ft. box truck (Up to 26 cubic yards of loading space).
Unfortunately no. Although we try to get our estimates as close as we can to the actual price based on your description, we can only offer you the actual and final price once we arrive onsite and inspect the load.
Yes we do (time permitted).
We will try our best to accommodate you the same day.
Our service fee pays for the following:
1. Fuel to where the items to be hauled away are, to the recycling centers, to the donation centers, to the landfill and back to our location.
2. Fees we have to pay based on the weight of the load at a commercial rate to dispose of items at the landfill.
3. Nevada business license, Clark County business license, and local cities business licenses.
6. Truck maintenance.
7. Business expenses.
8. Convenience. You don't have to lift a finger or spend countless hours driving to the dirty landfill, donation and recycling centers, or lifting, loading and unloading items.
Unfortunately no. We are not movers, therefore, we do not carry cargo insurance that would protect your items being moved if damage were to occur. We carry Liability Insurance to protect your property, not the items being moved because after all, it's junk.
No. We are not a junkyard.
No. You don't have to lift a finger. All you have to do is point to where the junk to be removed is, and we'll remove it from anywhere within your property.
